v0.13.0 of RakudaTokenizer is now available.

RakudaTokenizer is a Java/Kotlin library for tokenizing Japanese text.

The code is open source and hosted over at Codeberg where the challenges of Japanese text tokenization are described as well as how RakudaTokenizer works to address it.

This release adds 500+ new terms to the lexicon for a total of nearly 14,000 terms.
